How long does shipping take?
The order processing time takes 2-3 days. After the order has been successfully registered, we will send you your package, with a shipping time of between 7 and 14 working days. You can track your order with the tracking number we send you by e-mail.
Do I have shipping costs?

How can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can always accept cancellations before the order has been shipped. Please contact us via the contact form. If an order has already been shipped:
Can I pay by invoice or prepayment?
- 30-day period has expired
- It is a hygiene article: Underwear, toothbrushes, etc.
- It is a personalized product
- Item arrived in a damaged condition
- Item was sent too late
