How long does shipping take?

The order processing time takes 2-3 days. After the order has been successfully registered, we will send you your package, with a shipping time of between 7 and 14 working days. You can track your order with the tracking number we send you by e-mail.

Do I have shipping costs?

No.

How can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can always accept cancellations before the order has been shipped. Please contact us via the contact form. If an order has already been shipped:

Unfortunately, once the product is out of stock, we can no longer cancel it.You have the right to cancel it for 30 days after receipt of the goods without giving reasons, please print out the form in the cancellation policy: https://www.amalios.com/pages/widerrufsbelehrung
and send us the product, as soon as we have received the product we will refund you the full purchase price. Please note that you will have to bear the shipping costs for the return yourself.


Can I pay by invoice or prepayment?

No, you cannot. All possible payment methods are listed in the footer and in the check-out.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK.

Why was my withdrawal form rejected?
Possible reasons are
  • 30-day period has expired
  • It is a hygiene article: Underwear, toothbrushes, etc.
  • It is a personalized product
  • Item arrived in a damaged condition
  • Item was sent too late
